Cancellation Policy

We get it that sometimes things come up and you may need to cancel. If you are unable to make the appointment, please kindly notify B and B Artistry at (816)-905-6976 or on Instagram @bnb_nails512. Cancellations made more than 72 hours in advance result in deposit being returned. Cancellations under 72 hours or a no show will result in your deposit being kept as well as a fee of 15% of the service. (Note- a last minute reschedule is the same as a last minute cancellation). More than one no-show means we can no longer book you. Thanks for your understanding!
