CANCELLATION POLICY
We get it that sometimes things come up and you may need to cancel. If you are unable to make the appointment, please kindly notify B and B Artistry at (816)-905-6976 or on Instagram @bnb_nails512 Cancellations made more than 72 hours in advance result in deposit being returned. Cancellations under 72 hours will result in your deposit being kept as well as a fee of 30% of the service you were booked for. (Note-a last minute reschedule is the same as a last minute cancellation). A no-show will result in your deposit being kept as well as a fee of 90% of the service you were booked for. More than one no-show means we can no longer book you. Thank you for your understanding!
